    G5 tracking stinks???

    I had the same problem with the mouse and my mousepad (fUnc surface 1030). When I first got the mouse, I was using the more textured side of the mousepad and noticed it didn't track well. I tried using the other, smooth side of the mousepad and haven't had any problems in the past 2 months or so.

    If you want to save a little on the 7800gt, get the model that ends in 516 instead of 517. I believe on newegg its $15-20 cheaper. The 516 has the same copper cooler on it and mine came with the stock memory settings for the 517 (470/1100).
