Have a spare IP35-E for $40, overclocks my Q6600to 3.6G.

Standard ip35-e, fully working order, ran my e2140 at 425x8 with 4x1G. I am upgrading to amd x6.

$70 is a lot to pay for an extra multiplier. I doubt you will get 4G, you will probably end up using 9x anyway to run your ram 1:1 at decent speeds. So all you pay for is the binning. I still prefer the 6600.
