Well, if it's any help - my calibration of the hp 2065 resulted in an identical icm to the one in the HP driver.

I agree with spotpuff - my monitor was $900, for that it MUST be perfect!. Why not buy from a shop instead of online - tell them you want to check for DP's before you leave the shop (hehehe, AND before you give them your credit card...)

Instead of thinking of it as a lcd monitor with usb up/down, think lcd monitor with integrated 4 port usb hub. The lead goes from pc to monitor same as from pc to external hub, all the devices (mouse, gamepad, etc) now plug into the monitor (in place of a hub). Usless with modern MB's with...

Usually when graphic cards talk about 32 bit they mean 24 bits colour (8 each red green blue, same as the 8 bit/pixel lcd monitors) and the other 8 bits is alpha channel, transparency.
