I'm not about to defend the Xbox division, but that's an odd statement to make in a topic about a game that at least looks like it has potential to be good. Or, at the very least, is something worth keeping an eye on for now.
Crazy that it want's 310 gb. https://www.thefpsreview.com/2024/06/10/call-of-duty-black-ops-6-reveals-310-gb-install-size/ I think i'm just gonna give in and buy a cheap 512-1gb sata ssd for this.
Looks like they'll support it for the usual 2 years. https://www.tweaktown.com/news/98048/intels-next-gen-z890-motherboard-details-native-thunderbolt-4-ready-for-arrow-lake-cpus/index.html
GB203 seems to have gotten a downgrade recently: https://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/nvidia-rtx-5080-5090-spec-rumors/
May end up not being faster than AD102 found in the 4090 so the 5080 might actually be based on a further cut down GB202...
Yeah, I tried this out last year when it came out. It's impressive, I refuse to play it without it turned on. Even though i was only getting 50-55 fps lol. Congrats to the op for finally finding it lol.
I don't think anyone questions the potential for it if implemented properly, the question right now is whether or not its worth the performance hit. Ironically, Fortnite is the kind of game where the hardcore players reduce visuals to a minimum...
Just told my wife she's gotta work overtime on mothers day because I failed to understand the importance of ray tracing and I need her to buy me a new gpu.
Yep exactly.
Its anywhere from 2 to 4 slots for the cooler.
It's either one or two chips.
Its either 384-bit, 448-bit, or 512-bit.
Anywhere from 24GB to 32GB.
May walk on water.
Same TDP and same node (TSMC N4P), though I read it could be using N4X which has an efficiency bump over N4P. The clock speeds are higher, though, so I'd still expect thermals to be similar.
No. I'd expect them in around 6 months.
TIm's review. I hope to see this thing out of stock soon considering how much of a big deal people made out the coating to be.

I've watched a few of these review vids on this monitor this morning and these Jabronis are making me laugh again on how wildly different all of their test results are.
I keep telling myself I should wait for "real reviews from actual users"...
