I think it should work with another MBO but I know that Gigabyte version doesn't support dual display setup.....and even when you get the sound on your tv, the question remains whether you're be able to get 5.1 or 7.1 audio - I think you have to go first through AV reciver for that.

And can't get the sound through hdmi running.
There was also an issue with Antec Fusion Remote case regarding the sata slot orientation - sata cables are not plugged in vertically and so I had to drill the case.....
installed vista64 and at least now it finds the nvidia hdmi audio device and with generic microsoft vista drivers it shows as if it's connected and passing the sound through (on the audio mixer it shows the signal jumping up and down - allthough guess what - there's no sound :)

Can't get the HDMI audio device in the Sound properties tab - only the Realtek is available
in Device Manager under audio devices there is Nvidia HD audio listed.
Going to try with Vista 64 when I get back from work and see if I get any progress.
