Do either of the options require forced air ( like a rack server has ) to cool or will a power case like I have provide enough cooling?

Thanks. Anyone else have any recommendations? The IBM is a little higher than I would like to spend on newegg.. I assume I would need the advanced license? would I want to flash it to the LSI firmware? I see http://www.scsi4me.com/ has it, and you can pre flash it.
