It was intentional. I wanted lighted fans in the front. Also the fans I used in the front have speed selector switches, I run the front fans on low to keep noise down, and run the rears at full. I may use speed fan or volt mod the rear fans to run slower to keep the noise even lower. Right...

I have one as well. I am very happy with it. It is a pleasure to work on and if you tinker with your system a lot, it is the easiest SFF to work on.

Not sure that is a decent conroe board there. 2 rams slot and PCI express x4???? Maybe for a low end system. I'd love to see a higher end ASUS conroe board though.

It could also be that your Zalman is blowing hot air on to your temp sensor.

I echo the sentiments of Steeeve and Outrigger. The Qmicra is without a doubt the leader in shoebox style cases. the design is so good that a removable motherboard tray is completely unnecessary. I am happy to say it cools my p4 egg cooker down to a nice idle temp of 37c No other sff box has...
