    There should be a noticeable difference since the OCZ is only has a 9cm fan instead of the 12cm on the kingwin; the kingwin is bigger as well.

    nothing in the BIOS... i have to unplug everything on the back of the mobo?...i dont think i've tried that, but I DID unplug the SPDIF on the back of the mobo, but to no avail.

    yep....but only seems to use the rear jack, not the mobo's SPDIF out.
