I fixed the issue with a restore point prior to the updates installed. It's working again and updated too. PS. No malware found. :rolleyes:

This is not a malware issue. I simply messed up a service after an update. Stop suggesting otherwise. I need simply to fix this. It's a UAC issue. I need information of where to change the settings for that. I'm not asking troubleshooting questions. I need only what I asked for.
