Correct These drives are going in a server I have, just a weak little monster P3 1ghz 768Mb RAM, tons of HDDs... want to replace them all but one with these 500Gbsx2 should be enough for now,.. I just know the i need lots more space so ya the 1.5GBs controller will work and be tons fast...

Yeah finally someone breaks out facts and measurements, I was about to get some but then I see you posted them I like your ideas and think they would work well, I can tell from looking at pics how big things are and I can tell the P180 is a bigger more capable computer case for higher end...

Umm let see here, I have a 120mm rad in my Super Lanboy, and you dont think i could fit one in a P180 you are nuts, i am sure i could make 2 fit, and the reason i do water cooling if for quiet, not for low temps, I have one rad right now and no fans other then the PSU and it runs at 120*F MAX...

Ok, here is the facts kids, the ram get hot enough on these cards now that if you dont have sinks the ram will not last long and you will be RMAing your card soon for taking them off, and hope you will be able to RMA it saying the throw sh!t balls if you mod your card, GOOD LUCK :D
