ok, so you would not make it with a T and a Res, and i made my loop with both. its all good. call it ignorance on my part. i like the loop the way it is so far. maybe when i get all crazy with WCing i will try it like you say.
but for now its all good. i cant really tell any restriction...
with all joking aside... why not? teps are awesome, ( 28/31), super ease of filling and draining, and getting air out of the loop is a snap with the T line there.
i am no watercooling aficianado, but my flow is not retarted bad at all, and i am moving a lot of water for cooling.
so to me, i ask...
update time! right on.
ok, i got some stuff from bill that i wanted to use on this case, but one of the items he shot me was his new line of 120mm fans found here.
anyway, at first i did not like them since they had a lot of wires and just looked like they would not work with my theme...
And a few mock ups keep in mind I still have to do the cd door, font bezel and various shits. And I dont think I like the mesh in the front there. I just does not fit. Any suggestions. Or just take it away? I a open to all! ( and yes I know its crooked, I put it up there with tape!)...
Next was onto the front and top panels! Got some counter sink action going on the front and then worked on the top!
Switches courtesy of Bill and www.mnpctech.com

oh, i also did the base too! had to make it complete!
and...
NEW ITEM: i am also selling the motherboard with this CPU;

ok everyone, thanks for waiting me out and hanging in there. i have done a lot to this machine, just been going real slow with the family thing in full swing and the Army! so here is what i have been up too.
i finally found a solution that will not dye my tubbing and mess it up...

i have a few things up my sleeve for the cdrom drive eject. i dont like software openers much, so i have a nifty thing coming up. look for it in my next update! which by the way should be soon.

no no no, you must not have seen the previous pictures and posts. they are mounted on 120mm fans behind modders mesh from www.mnpctech.com <------(blatent plug) hehe. after that, i mounted the diamonplate on risers so that the airflow is not being constricted at all. all the air can...
just sent PMs....
oh, and the case is being filled today with the final mix and leak test again! i want to be sure with my first time!
i am popping my cherry!
well the top lid is done. i will not do anymore to it, i dont want to over-do anything on this case. its going to go well with the other things i have for this case. just a hint, it will go right along the lines of the lid, just on smaller scale!
little bit of pics will do you well till...
small update to whet your appitite!
add some socket head bolts, aluminum spacers, diamondplate aluminum, a holesaw, and lots of sanding and buffing and you get something like this...
just like i said, i wanted it a bit more flashy... there is still more to come to this top. this...
i used a scroll saw with the table angled at 45 degrees. then i just cut real slow. from there, i had real rough cuts, so i then took a sanding block with coarse grit and went to town! after that, i took off all the edges and corners and that is that.
hell yeah! i wanted it that thick so that i could bevel the sides like that. also that plexi, you cant see through. so its just like a part of the case now... gonna look sweet i hope, with gloss plexi plates on the top and front!
well, i thought i should catch up guys up on a small side project that i have been up.
its my first watercooling adventure and its my first Lian Li. i know its an old ass lian li, but i like it and i got it for something like 9 bucks on ebay! well off to catch up up on what i am doing...
Ok, I have asked around and pm'ed and stuff, but I have a few questions to water-cooling that has come up in my trying my hand at watercooling
First off here is what I am using:
AquaXtreme 50Z-DC12
1/2" everything
Swiftech MCRES-Micro Hi-Flo Reservoir
Danger Den Maze4...
i cant... i would love to watercool it, but i planned everything without it. so i dont have any room whatsoever to even think about putting H2O in there.
