At my work we repair P.O.S. (Point of Sales) equipment, and we usually get 20-40 packages in every day, via the UPS semi. Well one day our driver was unloading boxes for us, and one box he handed us wasn't ours, we told him that, he looks at the package throws in down, not just dropping it...
