i have $600.
what monitor would you buy if you were me?
my mobo can take the new quad 6700. but price is plus or less $1000.
i think i'll buy the 6800 now, and them later i'll buy the quad. i have the money now. :D
but i still am not confident with the "intel" quad technology, i don't think it's all that good. they are probably only wanting to...
that first pic can't be trusted, because, it looks only good here, in real life it will look different.
it would be like running a windows desktop at 320x200 on a 24" 1920x1200 lcd. it is just horrible.
thanks all.
i have bad memory, i don't think i can oc my proc. with the memory i got (do i need to have faster memory?)
and, are there any differences at all between the two procs besides the clock speed?
i don't like the quads. the technology is not ready yet imo. did you read this month maximum pc magazine, they are just putting just two extra processors side by side, just for braging propaganda and profits, the tech. is not ready! i trust more amds quad technology, each processor communicating...
Lord Kimbo, nice monitor!
what do you think about the objectdock program, is it stable now do you think? i have used it before but i have never keeped it. i mean, something bad always happen, or either it crashed or when trying to create a new link for some program, some bug happen.
i think it would look nicer on the one with less pixels, native resolution of 720p better for games that only go up to 720p, otherwise it will look a bit blah.
