Had a samsung blackjack for a couple years before i got the 1st gen iphone. The phone had its ups and downs (mostly downs). The fact that its endlessly tweakable is a double edged sword; once you have all your settings and apps loaded, its kind a of a pain the ass to start from scratch again...
Bought this several years ago, don't really need it anymore.
In great condition, the batteries still work fine

Anyone know of some notebooks with DVI output? It doesn't have to be built-in, DVI via proprietary docking station would work too.
Recently installed linux on an old Thinkpad T30 with DVI output and hooked it up to an HDTV and the results were great. Would like something more powerful though...
XFX 6800GT AGP in my shuttle here....really hurting for an upgrade, but i'm gonna wait and see if nvidia comes out with one more agp card or just save my money for a new PC
I hit up the Toys R Us in Time Square this past Friday, hoping to bag a Wii, and it turns out they had like a dozen 60GB PS3's instead! I stood in line for like 30 minutes tops, and got myself a PS3 ! Totally wasn't planning on it, but I considered it a Xmas present for myself.
I also bought...
I have the game and the shadows ARE low res. Hence the zig-zag effect on the edges of shadows.
Whatever, it still looks phenomenal. Considering this is still a first-gen game, the visual quality is incredible.
I just bought a Westinghouse 37w3 and last night I unboxed it and set it up. Was really impressed by the TV but this morning, I was playing around with the video calibration in XBMC on my xbox and I noticed something odd. I stood up and looked down at the unit and saw that the actual LCD panel...
No I didn't miss that. Shuttle is advertising Crossfire as a feature and all long-time shuttle users know that their power supplies are high quality parts that deliver on their wattage ratings (as opposed to conventional psu manufacturers). I'm running two hard drives, a 6800GT, an Audigy2 sound...
I keep seeing all over the review that Crossfire is supposedly supported...so how come it wasn't tested ? Its one of the main draws of the system for a lot of potential buyers out there (including me), I'm disappointed to see that it wasn't tested
Whether you notice jaggies or not depends on what level of AA the game uses and the color scheme of the environment. They're definitely there though.
I tend to notice in brighter games like ridge racer and not so much in games that are darker (prey, condemned)
Unrelated to A03, here's some pics of my PS2 hooked up to my A02 unit via component. I think it looks great, maybe some of you with more discerning eyes may disagree. Soul Calibur 3 is running at 480p and GT4 is running at 1080i. Apologies for the blurry GT4 shots, if I hit pause, the menu...
This sucks. Didn't ChrisM on the Dell forums say that the A02 was going to be the last revision? I got an A02 off of Ebay like 3 weeks ago. I wouldn't have Ebayed it if I knew there was another revision coming out
Balls.
okay, clarification:
What I meant to ask was, does dual videocard acceleration work...
the GX2 will "work" on any motherboard (in single gpu mode), but the onboard sli (and hence, the second gpu) can only kick in if you have a compatible bios/mobo. SLI compatibility on the mobo iteself is...
Has anyone actually tried a 7950 GX2 on this mobo? Just because a mobo is SLi compatible does not necessarily mean it is compatible with the 7950......or at least, that's what my understanding is...
Doesnt the 7950 rely on the motherboard having a pci-e switch compatible bios? this has...
With the 360 on VGA, I THINK i'm seeing banding on different menu screens and what not. For example, PGR3's shiny black menu "bubble" windows. But when I inspect real closely, I can't make it out. I'll have to take pictures this weekend.
So far, when gaming, I have not noticed any banding.
Don't have Jak 3 myself but does it have progressive as a choice in the options? PS2 games always default to 480i unless you specify progressive in the game's options screen *or* if you hold down X and triangle simultaneously while booting. The latter method I've never used but that's what I've...
I got mine yesterday and I had the same "problem". Turn on your PS2 with no game inside with a regular composite cable attached. Go to the System Configuration menu, there should be an option for your cable type. The choices are "RGB" and "Y\Cr\Pb" or something like that. Choose "Y\Cr\Pb" and...
My opinion (I just got the panel yesterday):
360 looks phenomenal on the VGA input. Tried the component input, not quite as good, but with some fiddling of the settings, it looks comparable to VGA. Does not look BAD by any means.
Hooked up the PS2 on component, and its looks crappy on 480i...
