JayzTwoCent's recent WC AMD build has it sitting very pretty at 2.6Ghz+ stable. And, my own ref card has been 2.7Ghz stable too with some "cooling maneuvers" in my room while benching on air, lol. These cards can fly!

Nice, I'm looking into getting the 6800XT variant, if there is one. It seems these cards just need their Jtemp under control and they can sit at 2.7Ghz+ all day.

Why would they block instant sales?

This is the first time in a looong time that I haven't had the need to put a water block on it the day it arrives. I already know what my 6800XT can do 2.7Ghz locked on air. It's insane, I'm very impressed. But, I play at 1440p/144hz, and I already meet that demand at stock settings easily...

I actually still play CS:GO, lol. But, I got a new 6800XT, and the thought of going back and playing CS:GO on it now just seems ridiculous, lol. But, I have done it a few times. heh.

I still play BC2 now and then. There are still many active players too.

I wouldn’t stop checking AMDs site, unless a non-reference card is what you really want. I would definitely bother checking AMD site. I prefer reference cards so I kept checking their site and eventually got one one morning. I’m debating a Ryzen 5600X right now, or later.

Well, shit yeah. I just casually went to AMDs site this morning at 6AM (PST), and saw I could add a 6800XT to the cart, and finish the order. Got a confirmation as well. Pretty stoked.
