if you look at the spec the areocool has a 120mm intake on the bottom 2 80mm exhaust on the bottom and the 1 80mm exhaust on the top. also you could cut out a section of the top deck to fit a tall heat sink for the cpu pretty sweet deal i think im getting this case for sure. the all black...

try to take the mem out of dual channel put it in slots 1 and 2 clear cmos boot set mem to desired voltage shut down them put it back in dual channel slot 1 and 3 and boot see what happens

how much ram is showing up?? a little less than 2gigs say any were from 128-512mb are you using the onboard video if so it uses the system memory and that would explain the missing memory

make sure your using a dual link dvi cable

beta bios for the opterons will work only working one with vcore im using as we speak, i now you dont have an opty but give it a shot

you have to manually set the timing on a divider if they are left on auto they tighten, also there is a new official bios out that takes care of this problem

I purchased the same ream from newegg and had the same exact problem, an yes if the ram will not run its rated speed and timings you have every right to send it back, i even called newegg about this and they said yes rma it for an exchange, if this new set wont do it ill go to corsiar tccd

i think the waterblock would fit in a shuttle not any bigger than the oem sinks and the angle of the barbs would be perect. Ive seen some shuttle using this block, but my concern is the pci slot behind the videocard, not sure if i can get my audigy to fit with the back of the block hold down...
