Not sure, but I think you'll need to sell these with some type of "hardware" to follow the rules on the forum in regard to the OEM resale, but somebody please confirm...

I don't think hardware is necessary when the copies/licenses have yet to be used. I think the hardware thing only applies if the the OEM copy has been installed or the license key has been activated.

Since you can buy OEM copies from retailers, I don't see why you can't turn around and sell the new, sealed copies to another person. I've never read the EULA in its entirety though.
 
I really could use a couple copies...let me check fundage. In the meantime, here's a bump for you!
 
these are al 32 bit copies. Hey, if indeed I need to ship hardware, I'll pull a Newegg and include some wonky cable or something, LOL.

These are halographic discs, licensed for distribution inUSA? last copy i got(not from u), was licensed for use in AFRICA:rolleyes:

LOL yes, these are all holographic for US, bought right here in good old California, LOL. So does the African version look different than the US? That's pretty funny (though...maybe not from a buyer perspective :)

Nope it looks identical, it just has for distribution in Africa, and middle european coutries, accross the front of the package. It installed, and, as I held my breath and pressed activate, it went right on thru. the package is a little more faded looking too. I am getting my irs in a few days, and will take 2 if u still have them :D
