I received several emails and pm's stating that they have not received their items. I shipped all the items out on Tuesday of last week, except the 1 GB of ram that my wife sent off on Monday. I was away on business and she was supposed to send it off, but I did when I got home. I have confirmation on the items but they are not showing as shipped at USPS. I will be going to the PO tomorrow to find out what is going on. I will keep you all informed. If no resolution is given I will refund your money. Please be paitient you know how the PO can be. Also mods if you need anything from me let me know, I don't want anyone to think they have been scammed. Thanks.

Thank you for the update.

I've found USPS's tracking to rather lackluster - it's possible that you may not get any shipping information from them until the item actually arrives at its target destination. At least that's what happened to me in the past.

Anyone receive their package yet? I can't believe that the Postal Service is this slow as I don't live that far away (He lives in Tennessee and I live in Arkansas). Sent RadDad a PM last Thursday and still haven't heard from him. Looks like he hasn't been on since right before I sent him the message.

I haven't received my package. It's possible he shipped Parcel Post, which would take longer than Priority or First Class ...

but still, Tennessee to Ohio? I'm still a bit skeptical...

Yeah same deal here, TN to VA shouldn't take so long, but I'll hold out til this weekend, but not much longer...

Ok, gentleman. Thanks for being patient I have not heard from The Post Office since yesterday. I have called them every day except yesterday. I will give them till Thursday. I will be honest I am going through a bankruptcy right now. My wife and four children are looking at losing our home on Monday Feb.5. I am not out to scam anyone and cannot for the life of me figure out what happened to the packages. I will honor my debt to you and anyone who has tradede with me. I will try to refund those who have bought from me this weekend if I do not hear any good news from the POst Office. I know you have been patient and am grateful. My wife and I are stressed to the gills abour ur home and if we can file Chapter 13. We will know this Thursday also. If I do not I do Not hear from the PO and cannot refund you this weekend, I will give you back your money plus some when My tax refund comes in. I apologize for the inconvienience and will make it right. If you need to contact me my cell is 423-313-6430 and I wil talk to whomever. I am not scamming and will make thid right. Thank you. You can also email or pm me.

Anybody else able to contact him? I haven't received a response since I PM'ed him a few days ago.

I feel bad for the man, but the story non-the-less still doesnt account for the fact he has hard earned money from you guys and you still dont have product.

after reading all this stuff i highly doubt the USPS messed up on ALL the packages sent out. yes that sucks he is going thru some shit, but thats no excuse. when you make a sale its a contract. buyer promises to pay, you promise to send the merch. i'm a broke college student and i'm still able to send things out.

i really hope this has gotten resolved though.

He hasn't been online since the first and no contact since the 30th. He says that he will make good on the money when he gets his tax return. We'll see.

At this point, I would suggest it. The buyer has no proof the items were ever sent.. no tracking evidence from the PO (the po is slow on tracking, but not that slow), and seems to have used the purchase money to "keep himself afloat".

I would definately be calling his cell phone and asking what's going on and for some more information.

He does have a good amount of positive heat, so he may indeed be an honest guy and a good seller. But excuses, unless it is the PO's fault and he can provide proof, are not satisfactory at this point. It has been too long - and nobody seems to have gotten their promised items or refunds.

Wow last activity 11 days ago. Troll behavior already :(
Hope you guys get your items, or money back :(

Spoke with David on the phone today. He said that he has since moved out of his house due to bankruptcy and does not have computer access. He acted like he might have some stuff in storage, to be able to make good on the ram i bought from him, but he wasn't sure. It didn't sound too promising as it took him a minute to remember that he had sold stuff here. I'm not holding out any hope, but others can contact him if you want. Here's his phone and email: DO NOT POST ANY PERSONAL INFO

If you weren't included in his bankruptcy, you can sue him in small claims court, get a judgment, and have his wages garnished.

Small claims court is essentially a joke. The only leverage you have there is it being on a judicial record saying they owe you money. If it is over $2,000, you might have a better chance.

The phone number was already posted by him in a previous post and the email is what is listed in his paypal account.

Try the tracking numbers at the Canada Post website. When I get stuff shipped even through USPS I have to check it there. Also when I have friends that ship stuff within the USA it usually shows it up.

Pretty odd I know, but the USPS website sucks ass for tracking.
