I know the Q9300 has a 7.5 multi...right? Why is my IP35-E maxing out at 7 multi and not 7.5? I knew ahead of time my overclock would be difficult...but 429FSB just for 3ghz is irritating.:mad:

Stable but unhappy...

Nvm. A little google search found out that it doesn't support .5 multi! BUT with Speedstep enabled and crystalCPUID I can manually adjust the multi to 7.5! yay.

actaully it DOES support 7.5 multiplier. You have to update the BIOS - I had the same problem and when I updated to the newest BIOS it worked just fine.
