Now that OCAU is salivating at the idea to grab the duck back to the other side, we must push harder as Kyle said. If we add 500 GPU for a average of 3000 points per GPU, we are looking at getting a extra 1,500,000 PPD, enough to keep OCAU at bay.

Let's start the countdown with mine :

The GPU2 client has boosted my PpD from ~3500 (loose some cycles as my wife is using my sig rig and takes down the SMP clients, but the GPU2 client stays in SysTray and she's none the wiser) to ~8000.

Im kind of new to the whole Folding at home thing, so I'm a little lost here. I just made it so i joined team 33 when it asked me what team to fold for in the instillation, that should be everything right? Also, what does iter/sec mean?

eh, someone PM me some instructions on how to get all this crap setup and I'll pledge my 8800GTS G80 for at least 10 hrs a day. I'll get the E6300 going again asap too. I plan to upgrade the 8800GTS G80 based to an HD4870, but if the price drops on the GTX 260 hold true and the HD4870 still doesn't have a stable folding client out by then, well, fck it, ill pick up a GTX 260.

edit:EvilAlchemist seems to have a pair of HD4850's going so I'm assuming the HD4870's good too. What are the numbers between the GTX260 and HD4870 like?

ATI is not optimized yet, but that is coming very very soon. The numbers now are messed up because of that, but a Nvidia card is pushing about double the points of a similar ATI card. Again this will change shortly, and that is why Evil when they way he did, PM him for more details.
