i'm running an i7 920 stock with 6gb ram and an 8800GT. is this worth biting?

texas tax puts this at 155 before MIR...

definitely considering this.

This deal seems to work on BFG GTX 285 cards as well. Since they're all priced nearly the same I'd go for the max.

Would be so over the GTX 285 OCX if I wasnt jobless.

I looked over the thread on SD and it seems as though people ordering the normal edition are getting estimated ship dates in september. Whether or not that's real I don't know, but it seems as though ordering the superclocked version is getting people estimates of 7/14. Could be another one of dell's luck of the draw deals.

I agree with chinspecial. The estimated 9/14 delivery date kills it. Can't count the number of times people have burned on this forum waiting and waiting and waiting for their special deal Dell cards.

Apparently a few people who purchased this on SD called Dell and happily reported that the shipping date was wrong, and in some cases received next-day shipping for the trouble. But again, it's hit or miss. The worst thing you could do is order it, and cancel it anytime before it ships...

Damn, I'd order one of these to use for PhysX and give Cryostasis a shot but then I'd need a new power supply and quality modular PSUs upwards of 850 watts are going to run me an additional $150. I just ordered a tuner card the other week and a PSP this week.
