NOD32 detects Win32/Tool.TPE.A, what is it?

I can't find the description of this virus anywhere?

When I look up on google it only brings up 20 results all pointing to Eset home or affiliates and no description. In Eset Homepage the only info available about this virus is that it is supported in one of the latest database updates. nothing more...

I did a quick scan of the virus databases of the major AV players. Only Kaspersky had info on this...

This program is a patch constructor i.e. it can be used to create programs which will modify other software. It has a wide range of functionality and configuration options. The program is used to produce small (less than 20KB) EXE files, which will modify other program files and the system registry. Such constructor programs are frequently used to create cracks (programs designed to bypass software security measures such as passwords, registration codes etc.)

possibly

it could have both legitimate and illegitimate uses
be we arent going to investigate that :p
