Now in KY - Comcast doesn't download in AM, downloads fine in PM, two days now

So we are doing a family visit for a few days in KY. Hotel free WiFi a bit slow but works fine with all websites, etc. However, I get repeat prompts from Outlook to enter my password, but only in the morning, two days now. Weird thing is that Outlook downloads messages just fine on my iPhone or iPad.

Any logical explanation or is Comcast just being Comcast?
 
why you asking us, youre the comcast expert around here ;)
could be the hotels setup. live with it for the "few days"...

If I am the Comcast expert here, then I hereby "resign" on grounds of fear of going insane.
