Win 10 not opening partitions or folders after a while

Hi, got a problem with my computer. Latest Win 10 64 bit installed. If my computer is running for more than 4 days without rebooting, Win 10 will hang. It will not open any partition or folders. I just get a message "not responding" . The computer is an ASUS Dark X570S m/b with all the latest AMD chipset driver installed and the power setting set to never put the computer to sleep. I have done a clean install of Win 10 . No change. Does this look like a motherboard problem? Thanks
