I have an Inspiron 1100 and I reinstalled windows ... (had to reformat hd)... so now that I installed everything again I cant seem to get USB to work... unfortunatly I no longer have the drivers for it.. and for some reason I cant seem to find them online anywhere. The last time this happenned dell had them online but it seems they have taken them down.. .any ideas? Thanks... (no.. i no longer have the drivers cd =-( ).

If so, have you tried removing your USB controllers/hubs from device manager and letting it redetect them?

I have never personally looked, but go to the dell site and look around for a driver page.
