PC Speaker recommendations?

I'm considering picking up a new pair of speakers for my desktop and i'm not sure of what to go for. I've been eyeing the Klipsch ProMedia 2.1 based on this thread for a good while now and was considering picking up a pair. Before I did, I was wondering what other PC speakers are worth picking up? My budget is $100 or less, and they don't have to be new.

Noticed no replies to your query. $100 or less really narrows your choices.

The Klipsch are decent, the older generation even more so.

If you like to listen to music at your desktop, then speakers are your bet bang for the buck option.

Personally I think you need to triple your budget, if that's at all feasible.

Yeah. 100 is a bit of a low ball for quality.

Craigslist is your good hope.

For 100 bucks you'll be hard pressed to find anything decent even second hand. I've seen preowned Behringer B2030 / B2031 pairs for sale for around 100 bucks. They're good bang for buck.
