I had both video cards installed and only one activated at a time. I would guess that my R9 390 was being used only about 15-20% of the time, and the W7000 running the rest of the time. Both are still under warranty

I tried 3 different cables (DVI -> DVI) (DVI -> DP) (VGA -> VGA), tried plugging it into my laptop as well as the desktop, tried different ports on the desktop.
Nope, the monitor is borked. I called Dell and they want the order number from Dell, but I think my gf bought this from Amazon or BB...
I started getting this on my monitor today after installing some hardware. I tried resetting to factory default and running the built in diagnostic to no avail. It's not the cable, nor the gpu.
