IE8 is the highest you can go on Windows XP. IE9 is the highest you can go on Windows Vista, and IE10 isn't out yet.

I wonder how this will perform in a case. Probably still worse than the others, but not to the point of failure. According to their test methods, they tested the heatsink on an open bench, not inside a case with airflow.
