380x on 16.3 cause its the only version that even halfway works properly
i'm just sick of the "oh we acknowledge the issue but haven't done anything to fix it" that we've been getting for the better part of a year now
I have a cheap 3.5mm microphone connected to my onboard (Asrock z68 extreme 3 gen 3) Within about the last 2 weeks I keep getting an issue that its telling me the mic is disconnected from the rear port or something is plugged into the front panel, which neither have happened. To fix the issue...
I've had similar temps with the stock fan, my primary concerns with upgrading were limiting dust buildup on the heatsink and noise. Looks like I'm going to copy your setup since it seems to be the best value.
Thanks guys.
its an i5 2500k @ 3.8, the cooling isn't the major concern, the buildup of dust was what made me consider static pressure fans. The stock fan with the 212+ is relatively loud at full speed as well but thats only a problem in the summer.
I've got filters on the front, vacuum them out about once every 2 weeks. I've got positive pressure in the case as well. The sp120 performance fans seem too loud, would prefer the quiet ones unless there's another alternative. I could get a push/pull config for the same price as one of the...
I'm looking to replace the stock fan on my hyper 212+ but have heard a lot of conflicting opinions as to which route to go. My house is dusty so I'm leaning towards high static pressure fans, sp120's in push/pull. Are there any better alternatives or is push/pull a waste on this hsf?
From what I've seen digging up reviews and watching some vids they are very comparable, either is a great choice. If for some reason the Noiseblocker wasn't going to fit on the 212 I was just going to get an NF12 instead.
Looking to replace the stock fan on my 212 and was considering the Noiseblocker eLoop but the shape was leaving me with some concerns about the wire mounting system it uses.
