getting him on the phone makes it less easy to troll anyway you can get his addy from where he's shipping and use verified paypal accounts. So that would show he is where he is and with paypal you can file a complaint and get money back, that is if he has money in his account.

Well he hasn't follow through on anything. Sent a couple of follow up e-mails but he hasn't dealt with paypal or replied yet.
