Im having problems accessing a newly installed sever. when i go into my network places and click on view workgroup computers i get an hourglass and then a message saying i "might not have permission to access this network resource" any thoughts?

i reformatted my dell inspiron e1705 recently with the os disk dell provided. the only issue is i need audio and networking drivers...i cant connect to the internet via wifi, lan, or wan. the only connection my comp sees is a 1394 connection. when i hit the wifi on off button on my keyboard...

ok so i reformatted and i dont have any drives...i went to get some from dell and i dont know which one i need...i tried installing some of em but they didnt work. i have not wireless, lan or wan connections...thats my first prioity how to i get them to work

im formatting my inspiron e1705 right now with the os disk i just got from dell. in the windows XP setup screen viewing the disk partitions there are some partitions i dont recognize. i only have one HD but there are like 3 partitions... -: partion FAT 39 mb C: partition 2 [ new (raw)]...
