First thing I always check on random bsods is memory. Make sure your memory timings and voltages are set correctly. If they are set to auto manually type in the correct settings and then download memtest and run it for a couple of hours.
I appreciate the help that makes no sense to me. If the folder is there and the permissions are set correctly the user should have access to it.

The "Grant the user exclusive rights to folder." is currently checked. That article mentions that setting blocks inheritance on redirected folders and assigns certain permissions to the folders. If it's unchecked then it will allow inheritance on redirected folders...
