I have an 8800GTS with an E6750 and 2GB DDR-6400 memory all on a Gigabyte P35-DS3-L.
The issue is this: If I run Call of Duty 4, the performance seems to start out fine (125FPS)...

It's time to clean house again. Running a bit low on funds, so I figured I would sell off some equipment I am not using. Most of it came out of a build that was supposed to be an away-from-home mATX PC, but I decided to switch universities and no longer need it! Most of the components are barely...

This card is not listed on eVGA's own product list.
It appears to be a 7600GT. The clock speeds (560/1400) are those of a 7600GT, and I assume it has 12 pixel pipelines. It used to be listed in the 7600GT category, then was...
I have been speculating about this for awhile, and I thought that it would be nice to share ideas and rumors that people have heard regarding the subject.
As I see it, there is a considerable gap between what the current mid-range and high-end parts offer. The 7600GT is dominating the...
I am looking to sell off the parts that made up the computer I used in my dorm. I don't need it anymore and am selling some parts off.

I have been using an Aerocool GT-1000 on my 3400+ NewCastle for quite some time now. It does a great job, but it's also very large for my tastes (I hate huge heatsinks). I do not overclock. I still have the stock cooler, but my NewCastle gets up to 54-56 degrees celsius using it, and never tops...
So BigMacAttack suggested we start a thread on this.
As many know, there have been a lot of 3000+ 754 Venice's flying around lately. It's been known for some time that 3200+ and 3400+ Venice parts existed, but they have been difficult and rare to come accross.
Newegg now offers the 3200+...
Retired thread... lock/delete if you want.

A friend from one of mine told me he had a "3400+ venice" when i asked him which processor he had. I asked what memory and then he said OCZ but that he couldn't do dual channel. I asked why, and he said he had a s754 cpu. I thought he was just making this up, but he took some CPU-Z screenshots...
