Yes, I realize that but every time the 7950 goes on sale, I can't get to it fast enough to purchase; it sells out really fast. Oh well, I'm looking at budget and this card is available. No sweat off my brow.

I guess at this point I should just buy the card and not worry about any freebies. I'm going to give it until Tuesday and make a choice. I'm still waiting for Newegg to get another shipment of 7950s for $185 anyway. If that doesn't work out, I'll go with a 270X.

Agreed. I'm ready to pull the trigger on a R9 270X right now but I don't want to buy it unless I get a free game with it. Unless some other cards start coming with BF4, I may have to grab the XFX card.

Unlike everyone else here, this is good news for me. I was going to buy a 7950 when I finally found a decent model on sale but I think I'm going to get a 270x w/BF4. Win-win for me! BTW, I asked Newegg if they would throw in a voucher if I bought a GPU today. They had no idea about this...

I'm excited for this. As a father of a 3 year old, my boy will be getting into gaming in the next couple of years. Don't want him playing CoD or Hotline Miami lol.

Wife, 2.5 year old child and full time job here. Since my gaming PC (no consoles) is our HTPC as well, I have to wait until both wife and kid go to sleep in order to do any gaming. I'll take the HTPC on some weekends to the office and game there, but that doesn't happen extremely often...

Loaded up the update last night and played for 15 minutes. Game has definitely changed quite a bit since I last played 1-2 years ago.

I'll check with Origin later to download the Open Beta. Just hope it can be ready to go before I get home tonight.

I'm waiting for the PC release as well. Since I don't own a console and my 8 year old gaming PC won't handle GTA5 at a decent framerate, I'm building a new PC in the next few months so I'll be prepared for some 1080P goodness. Having patience is a virtue. I can wait. :)

I tried doing the OTA stuff and got horrible reception. Although that has been a couple of years, I'm married now and the wife won't give up Hallmark and TLC. I don't watch anything live as I just stream or download everything I care to watch.

The Fixer needs to come by my house some time. Just sayin.

Gaming PC/HTPC + X360 Controller = Win. Love playing AAA and Indie games on my big screen.
