Looking to build a powerful NAS system.
Requirements:
1) The case must be able to hold many 3.5" drives (5 or more)

Don't need full length videocard capability, as it is not a gaming system...

2) or just upgrade my video card to whatever the fastest single gpu card is at the time Skyrim is released...

What do you think is the best IGP solution for a mini/micro ITX system?

Wondering if you can give me some baseline CPUs that would good at running 1080p x264 material without the aid of the GPU .
My guess would a low-end Core2duo with 2.0ghz or higher.
I currently use CoreAVC codec, but if there are better codecs for x264, pls let me know.

I use 2 displays on my computer: a Dell monitor @ 1024x1280 + a widescreen HDTV @ 1080p (not usually at the same time). Sometimes I like to play games on my monitor and sometimes on my HDTV. Problem is many resolution modes on my monitor won't display at all on the HDTV since the HDTV doesn't...
Has anyone experienced a slight audio delay on these cards? (~50ms). Specifically when using a microphone or recording sound w/ monitoring enabled?

The gaming router is very expensive, would I...
im in the market for a new 939 motherboard to replace my dead MSI Neo2 Platinum. I am specifically staying away from Asus because of my PSU incompatibility with it (Antec NeoHE 43)0. It's a shame because I really like the looks of the Asus motherboards.
After looking through socket 939 SLI...
If the XBOX 360 wireless controller worked on the PC it would be a no brainer for me, but unfortunately it doesn't, so I have to compromise by either getting the Logitech Rumblepad 2 wireless (decent pad, wonderful convenience, good software support) or the Xbox 360 wired (great pad, w/o the...
