Hi all,
I recently upgraded my PC to the specs below:
- Biostar TForce 550 motherboard
- Athlon X2 3800 OC'd to 2.5ghz
- 2GB (in four 512MB increments) of generic DDR800 RAM
- GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
- Windows Vista Home Premium 64Bit
In purchasing such, I have done a full reformat...
Starting on 5/12/2006 and now just finishing up (so I hope), I encountered a problem many VX2025wm owners face: a faulty DVI port. Now, one can't expect a faultless product, and a few lemons always get through the product line. I won't fault Viewsonic for that. The problem lies in Viewsonic's...
Okay, this really should have been a lot more simple than I had thought.
I have an LCD. I also have a computer, and a 360. Say I wanted both connected to the LCD, with a switch to choose which device the monitor is recieving. I want something with two VGA inputs, a switch, and one output...
Alright, after searching and skimming through the 1300+ post VX2025wm thread, I've decided it would make sense for me and others here to get a general concensus on how each of us have our monitors set for brightness, contrast, and colors.
Right now, I'm at a relatively generic 100 Brightness...

I'm curious: what do you guys use to calibrate your LCDs? I'm certainly happy with the colors now, but I'd like to get them as accurate as possible.
Suggestions?
Hi all, this forum has helped me quite a bit in the past, and, if I may, I would like to call on you guys again.

Hi all, I'm an LCD noob! This forum (along with widescreengamingforum.com) has been a huge help so far, and I'm now down to two choices!
As the title suggests, I'm between the ViewSonic VA1912wb and the VX2025WM. In other words, 19" vs. 20".
My uses include heavy gaming, Photoshop/design...
