Fitting the HX1000 required some hacking for sure. I had to cut away the bottom and right side of the drive bay with some sheet metal shears to get the cable routing to work. The power supply is a little much for most systems, but I couldn't let go of it :D
The H50 rad required some special...
I would spend a little extra and go with a modular PSU...I had the 750 in there and the extra cables took up the two drive bays on the PSU side.
Nice build!

For the H50, I drilled holes just like the poster in this thread...

I will take some pics the next time I open up the case, maybe in a couple of days. Work week just started you know ;o(
I basically hacked the drive bay on the p.supply...
Plenty of airflow for the H50. I know my 920 idles around 30C, load not much more, H50 is a great cooler in this case. You do have to mod the fan mounting a little to get the rad to fit, but it was no biggie. I also cut out the drive bays to fit an HX1000 in there. I did add an Antec...
Thanks rgbc...looks tight, but definately fits. How are the temps/noise with that thing in there?
Has anyone seen a windowed side panel for these cases?
Thanks,

Do you have a pic? I'm thinking about plunking a 5870 in mine, but the pci connectors are on the back of the 5870, right? So the card is 11" plus the connectors...will this not interfere with the 120mm fan? Are special right angle connectors needed?
Thanks,

My Zalman 9700 fits fine.
@Miltos2304, have you had any issues with your computer restarting? Mine shuts down ok, but if i do any update or install that requires a restart, the computer shutsdown, but will not boot back into windows. I've got to do a hard restart...hold button for 4...
Is it just too coincidental that these procs are having probs on the 780i? The whole 680i debocle was/is still hard for me to swallow. Is there any industry buzz that Intel is indeed effing with Nvidia? Sorry, a little off topic, but I'm feeling like Intel chipsets are the way to go for a...
Sup ppls,
So I overclocked my GTX last night (first time) using ATItool. Holy sh@t that was easy. I was able to see a noticeable increase in perf. at 625/975 and that was all good.
Then I pushed the "find max core" button and the thing BSOD'd at about 680 on the core. Computer rebooted...
Any opinions about how this compares to the Dell 30". I know it doesn't offer the inputs of the Gateway, but as far a image quality, input lag...etc.? I thought the 8800GTX would be able to handle games at native...suxors!
Thanks,

I too am considering this display. I had some good responses in a similiar thread...

It is my understanding that SLI is not needed at the 19x12 resolution and looks good at these settings.
Peace,

PS - thanks to all who...
I'm interested in this panel but only have a single 8800GTX. Is SLI necessary to run today's/tomorrow's games at default res. (2500x1600) with some eye candy on and get decent frame rates?
If SLI is necessary, what's the biggest panel I could go without SLI (running native resolutions)? I...

...but the RH88 is on backorder (for 8800GTX). Zalman said that this thing performs "much better" than stock cooling, but of course they would say that. It is all copper vs. the aluminum HR-03. The profile of the Zalman...
It has been said that the passive cooling for this motherboard isnt sufficient for any forays into overclocking land. That being said anyone care to chime in with suggestions/procedures for the types of active coolers to use and how to safely remove the passive cooling? Having never done this...
