SLI works in Battlefield V. You have to use DX11 and the BF1 profile. I am able to max it at 4k with no msaa with 2 1080s and get like 90+fps. Totally playable and no flicker unlike BF1 which flickered for me.
MVA panels ghost on black to white transitions. I notice it every once in a while on certain games. The white cop cars in GTA V at night ghost really bad.
2560x1440 and 1920x1080 are a different world if you ask me. After going 1440p its impossible to go back to 1080p. No way bf1 looked better in 1080p unless your talking about actual 2k resolution(2048 × 1080) in which case there would be pretty much no difference. 2560x1440p is not 2k.
I notice the trailing quite a bit gaming and its making me hate this display. I first noticed it playing Forza with a white Subaru STI and the hoodscoop would cause horrible trailing when looking around the front of the car. Notice it all the times in the shadows too. Im prob going to pick up an...
Ellen Pao actually responded to Spez(Steve Huffman) on the reddit post.
Heres a pic of it in case the Reddit CEO decideds to edit it.

I have a MSI x99a Gaming Pro Carbon. After thermal shutdown I returned all the settings to stock. Ill try messing around with screws on the block to see if I can get them tighter.
I can hear the pump get louder when I change the rpm so I think the pump is fine. I have it on full speed. I am running a stress test now on stock settings and the package temp is 88C. The odd cores are all 80c+ while the even cores are in the 60s. Core 5 is the hottest at 89C. It also says my...
I am getting horrible temps with this cpu. Hitting 90C on some cores at stock clocks. I tried to overclock it but any extra voltage will put it into thermal shutdown. I am running a corsair 850d with 2 intake fans at the front, 1 exhaust at the rear and the radiator at the top acting as an...
Ive been using this display for prob 2 months now and the ghosting is really starting to get to me. Black to white pixel response is extremely slow and I didnt notice it before but now its all I see. Scrolling this forum looks horrible. X34P is back on my mind now.
Get the $400 40 inch Samsung and call it a day. Coding is incredible on on it. On the 1080p Monitors at school I can see 42 lines of code in Visual Studio and on my 4k at home I can see 109 lines at once.
What settings is everyone using for their brightness, color and contrast? I have no idea if my colors are right or not. Is this Forum supposed to be be grey because it was never grey on my old dell 30 inch.
The more I use this display the more I like it. Might need to buy another GTX1080 and keep it. Need to get more seat time playing bf4 to see if im noticing the input lag or not. Planned on returning it when I sent back my replacement 1080 but might need to keep it. I will try and post up some...
Yeah I did all that. I had to right click on chrome and check Disable display scaling on high dpi settings and it made it not blurry anymore. Edge and firefox were not blurry. I notice some sort of burn in almost if I drag a white window over the back of this forum. It takes like a second to...
Just picked up this tv today to test while I have 2 GTX 1080 available for the week in the sli. What the hell is with the text on this? I can read the text fine on the desktop but in Chrome it looks horrible and even as I type on here it looks horrible. It looks fine with the windows scaling...
accessorieswhole is the ebay store where pretty much everyone in this thread bought theirs. Its not some random asshole lol. Its practically the only place that sells this display.
How bad is the input lag out of Game mode? Im interested in this display but dont want to switch the input name everytime I want to game. I do a lot of coding and reading text so I would keep it in 4:4:4 all the time.
I currently have a dell 30 inch that is pushing 8 years old and have been eyeing this display. How is the input lag compared to the dell? I play a lot of bf4 and racing games. 1080 Sli setup on the way so im looking to upgrade to 4k.
I am in this same situation, ive had the 3007-hc for like 6 years now and desperately want to upgrade. I am torn between a samsung 4k tv, 32 inch 4k gsync, or the 34 inch ultrawide gsync. I just hate how small the 34 inch ultrawides look. Ive also been looking at the 27 inch 1440p 144hz displays...
Ive had my dell 30 inch 3007WFP-HC since 2008 and its still going strong. Looking to upgrade but dont know if I want 4k or a ultra wide. I hate how small the ultra wides are tho.
Twitter started going downhill fast when it started banning people with conservative ideas/beliefs while liberals call for lynching of people and inciting violence arent banned. Its also worth noting that ISIS accounts arent banned and might have something to do with Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal...
Got mine the other day. Heres a speed comparison vs my 850 evo. Faster read than the samsung but writes a little slower. Cant beat it for $140. Samsung is the first pic.
Someone said it on the other samsung thread, and if you look at the Samsung website there is no 43 inch. Change it to samsung.eu and the 43 inch shows up. America likes big (YUGE) things, big cars, big televisions, big meals, big people. Its a bummer too because I think 48 is a tad too big for a...
