Did you see any change in the reported temps w/ the 1.2 BIOS? I'm assuming it's still a Beta.

Any more news on this front? The Abit software is reporting my X2 4000+ Brisbane (stock cooler) as hitting around 60 C after playing some CoH. Going to install CoreTemp and see what that reports.

Heh, thanks everyone. Yeah, it is quite an upgrade. Can't wait to get into CoH with it! Currently got the rest of the HD formatting (allocated 20 gig for windows, and the remainder is formatting now). Then comes the fun of installing all of the apps, and getting all the files copied over.

Yeah, I just wanted to make sure that XP Home would recognize both cores. Seems to be some conflicting info out there. Vista, I'm not so sure about just yet. If nothing else, CoH isn't officially supported on it, so that gives me some pause.
