I am playing the Multiplayer mode, and it looks VERY dated. Even after the patch.
Oh, and all the CARRY FORWARD operators/weapons that were beautiful and high-res (2022 game by NFINITY WARD), look like shit here. What a shame.
I’m playing Lords of the Fallen (2023), and it has a resolution scale (default set to 50%):
Should I leave it at 50% (I get 112 FPS), or crank it all the way to 100% (dropping my FPS to 60ish)
Why this option is even there , I don’t understand it. Kidney explain.
In FROZEN TUNDRA level, oh my the camouflage on characters are absolute garbage. Every three years that its Sledgehammer's development turn, I buy the games with a grain of salt, and each and everytime I get disappointed. Let's hope the multipayer portion is not as bad as the campaign...
Look at these textures:
These are billboards in FLASHPOINT level. I’m running my game at 4K @120Khz on an RTX 4090 set to Extreme details:
You be the judge, is this acceptable in 2023?
I am playing FLASHPOINT level, and the environment, and the main protagonist's graphical detail fluctuate between good to low-res.
On the contrary, last year's game (done by the almighty Infinity Ward) looks pristine, with razor sharp graphical details. I am running the game on EXTREME graphics...
Hello all,
My RTX 4090 was working fine for the past week or so, but all of a sudden I am only getting 1024x768 or 800x600 choices. This is on Windows 11 Home. This is on a Sony BRAVIA 55" OLED Display (XR-55A80K) 4K @ 120Hz
EDIT:
I think its the stupid AVSTAR 8K HDMI 2.1 Switch that I am...
Hello all,
Should I enable DLSS (on any given game) with my newly purchased RTX 4090? My system specs are the following:
Ryzen 7800X3D
GIGABYTE B650 Aorus Elite AX
CORSAIR VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz CL36
Crucial T700 2TB Gen5 NVMe M.2 SSD

Well, as a matter of fact, an hour ago, I *intentionally* turn the PC on, without having the Sony TV on, and I did *not* get any beeps.
As I mentioned it sporadically happens.
Found something here:

Gigabyte Beep codes ( 1 long beep and 3 short beeps) indicates that you are having a GPU card or connection issue.
Make sure you have the proper PCIe PSU to GPU power cable connected firmly on the GPU card.
Install the GPU card in a different PCIe x 16...
Wow, you as well? I know for a fact that it’s not my GPU, as I recently upgraded it to an RTX 4090, and I get the same beeps.
1) Could it be the Ryzen’s training these DDRs?
2) Which slots did you install these Dimms, A1, B1, or A2, B2?
Thanks.
Recently I put this new Ryzen 7800X3D with 32GB of DDR5 (Corsair Vengeance RGB) (see my signature), and *sporadically* when I turn the system on, I hear a long, followed by 3 short beeps, but then the system boots into Windows 11 normally with no issues. My PC is connected to my Sony 55" TV, so...
Ok I picked up a Gigabyte RTX 4090 Gaming OC at a local store just now.
Should I cancel the 16pin to 3X 8pin cable? And get a 16pin to *4X 8pin* instead?
(The reason being is that this card has a Quite/OC switch, and I’m under the impression that if I select the OC mode, it would OC the card...
Great! I was about to do 4090 as well! My local store has a Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 for sale $1699 (it's $1799 on NewEgg LOL!)
Question:
I don't have (lost) my Seasonic PCI-E cables. Where can I order (provide a link kindly!). The 4090s come with the adapters inside the box, right...

Thanks for your response. What I don’t understand is that how can someone has encryption data on a brand new system.
Does the motherboard flags any new cpu install, even though on CMOS there was no record of prior cpu?
I put this system together this morning, and when I turned it on, I could not get any video signal, and it would not go into POST (hear any beeps). Tried at least five or 6 times, so I decided to re-seat the CPU (which was *correctly* seated to begin with), and turned the system back on again...
Hi all,
I am building a new Ryzen 7 system, and would like to know if I should stick with the good'ol Windows 10, or install Windows 11. Does this game benefit from any new DX enhancements in Windows 11 (if there are any at all that is).
The system spec would be the following (will replace the...

Dear all,
I have already purchased TWO different 4K 120Hz switches for my new Sony 55" A80K:
One switch, toggles between 2 PCs with identical video cards RTX 3060Ti.

Questions:
Does playing back from Disc, faster (better quality) than streaming? In other words, would a disc player is faster (better) than services such as Netflix, Disney+, etc.?
Hello all,
I was wondering if my XBOX ONE X could be considered a viable 4K UHD Disc Player? I know MS recently added Dolby Atmos to the system as well. (I have never owned or played a 4K UHD disc on this machine, but I just recently bought the Game of Thrones 4K UHD BOX-SET)
According to this...
My new Sony A80K has TWO 2.1 ports:
HDM1 3 (eARC) 4K 120Hz
HDMI 4 (non eARC) 4K 120Hz
And two regular (non 2.1) 4K ports:
HDMI 1
HDMI 2
I just fixed the issue, by simply using HDMI 3 (eARC) 4K 120Hz port instead. It simply works, and no more garbled image.
Why 3060Ti refused to...
Thanks, I am just curious as to why the 3060Ti would produce garbled image on non eARC port however. See my other post here: (I recently replaced my EVGA 2080 Super with this RTX 3060Ti)
