I tried everything, but on my laptop (I run XP Pro SP2), whenever I unplug/plug back in a mouse, the mouse wheel scroll setting changes from 5 back to 1 (the default value). Is there any way to override this, and set the default value to 5? I've tried Tweak UI as well as the control panel.
