I would love to be able to open Google Maps and find out how to get to the airport gate for my connecting flight before I even get off the first plane.
I need a Corsair SSD because it would really help with the ton of video editing I do every spring... especially since I'm making the jump to HD next year.
Both the HDMI inputs on my 36" Vizio died after a year. Now you add this, and there's no way I'm buying that brand again.
Meanwhile, my 24" Westinghouse monitor is still going strong after almost 4 years.
The printout in the article says "Regular PC versions." Did the Augmented Edition have these codes too? And if so, did GameStop remove them from online-ordered copies before shipping?
AMD's competition with Intel keeps the market more friendly for consumers. I love AMD because they bring the value and plenty of reliability. My first AMD cpu was on my last rig, an X2 3800+. Even though I'm not running AMD at the moment, I will always consider them when deciding what's going...
What that sounds like to me is, if you want to use Cloud Drive during your commute or on vacation, you'd better trust whatever network you're on enough to log into your Amazon account through it.
Deus Ex
Morrowind
Neverwinter Nights (multiplayer. single-player was meh)
STALKER: Shadow of Chernobyl
Mass Effect 2
with Descent 3 and Freespace 1 close behind.
I had my paypal account hacked a few years ago.
Before I noticed a problem, a Paypal rep called me to ask about the suspicious transactions, and immediately stopped and reversed them when I confirmed I hadn't done anything.
I am still skeptical/nervous about their reputation for doing...
So, don't use an indoor bank ATM with a card swipe required for access. I've never seen one of these, and don't see the point of requiring an extra swipe - it's just one more piece of fancy equipment that can break down and cost the bank money to pay a repair guy.
It's all fun and games until somebody loses a finger....
Really... this is going to present interesting challenges when Bob the employee comes back from the hospital after his weekend accident with the chainsaw... or when a company that depends on this technology for security has...
That is not false, because it doesn't make a factual claim. It's all 'spin.'
Twice as fast as what?
Half the price of what?
The hypothetical ad doesn't say, so it is just blowing smoke. You can't prove it, but you can't disprove it either.
This is the same principle being used when you...
Yeah, the thought of how much gas that must've burned frightens me. Is he on his way back south now? Did he by any chance detour slightly east, and stop a couple of times in Georgia to fill up recently? :p
"MS products"... so they have to be up on all versions of Vista, Office, Zunes, the 360 and all its official accessories, AND know all this year's mice & keyboards from last year's... deal with both clueless idiots and the occasional armchair expert who thinks he knows all himself...
while...
I don't think this will have much success nationally. Libraries do not have the funding or the staff knowledge (or the funding to buy the staff knowledge) to equip with PCs or consoles plus a current collection of good games. Consider the quality and performance of computers that are normally...
I'm looking for a USB Bluetooth adapter to sync my pocketpc (htc 8525) with my desktop.
What bluetooth adapters are out there that have Vista 64bit drivers? It's easy to find Vista support on Newegg and manufacturers' sites, but the information usually doesn't distinguish between 32 and 64.
I agree that those people who do not choose to remove it, leave it there because they've fallen for the adware tactics hook, line, and sinker. "What? Why would I want to remove BonziBuddy? It's good; I put it here on purpose!"
Watch out for REALLY low response times, because that suggests the monitor's panel is a TN. Fast response is their advantage, but the downside is that their colors can start to look very different at different angles, even within their best viewing angles. My NEC 19" on this rig is a TN, and...
They gave 3 months' notice, and the letter thanks the employees for their service. That's far from a horror/sob story. Plenty of people have been laid off or fired with no notice at all.
Tried them all. They all suck. I like previous NFS titles and Gran Turismo just fine; it's the changes in the control that suck.
I enjoyed Most Wanted and Carbon, but I wouldn't get Pro Street. It's that bad. :(
I have bought and beaten the last 4 NFS games, but based on this demo, the streak stops here.
I just went from pwning in Carbon quick-races to being unable to stay on the road in the Pro Street demo. They have totally FUBARed the steering sensitivity.
:( Good people RUN from companies like that.
The North Korean government is so against change that they have no internet. Look how that's working for them...
Except that one day you'll be using the web on your laptop while she thinks it's down on the desktop, and she will see you, and figure something's up.
Disabling the web is only a short-term solution. The long-term solution is to get her out of there, which apparently requires first getting...
*cough*Prey
*cough*STALKER
Now, neither of those took ten years, and neither was the greatest release of all time.... but both were significantly delayed, and both turned out to be pretty good. So it's not impossible..
