Linking dead URL's in quotes?

I've noticed over the past few weeks that when someone quotes someone else, certain words appear as URL links. However, there is not a valid URL linked to it. I thought it was IntelliTXT at first, but its not. Example:

My OP:
http://www.hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1029994091&postcount=30

A reply:
http://www.hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1029994230&postcount=31

As you can see, the links in the quote are dead and they are not linked in my OP.

It is intellitext.

When you quote it, thats how it comes up. As http://#

It happens to me all the time when I quote AMD[H]unter

It seems to happen whenever there's some certain words in a post, but not quoted, like: amd intel notebook hp printer software microsoft office

And the like.. Don't know why, and then it has a link but it's just http://# .
