I am seriously wondering how it is possible to be able to track all these things in real-time when connected to an online server. Most games don' t have more then 32 players per match now your also talking about tracking 1000 individual items moving totally moving fluently and independent how is it possible? Will you need the card then if it's over a network cause wouldn't someone elses or the servers card be processing the information of physics and not yours? Is there some kind of setup where it detects something being hit or moved and will let your physic card calculate how everything else around it should be moved? If so can't there be bad syncing problems then if there is lag and maybe you missed something and now your ppu calculated a block being in front of you when in fact someone threw it 5miles south while you were lagged. I just thought this would be some good stuff to talk about.
