+12v showing around 6-8v in E-LEET tuning. Expected?

I just got a new system (specs in sig) and I noticed that the +12v is constantly showing 6-8v. Is this normal? With my old i7 920 setup, I remember it always being around 12.

I have oced my i5 760 to 3.4GHz with 1.18v. Not sure if that info helps.

It is likely just mis-reporting, I seriously doubt the system would work if that was the actual voltage.

Edit: Your -5V looks suspicious also.

I've found eleet to be off by a lot sometimes, I don't trust the voltage readings in there at all anymore.

If you have access to a decent multimeter you can use the voltage measurement points on your board to see what you're actually at. I found with my E760 classified eleet would report voltages that were frighteningly higher than what I had set in the bios and I as unsure which was correct. After using a multimeter I found that the real voltages were much closer to what I set in the bios than what eleet was reporting.
