17"-16:9 or 19"-4:3

I watch a lot of movies and I'm not sure which way to go. I use Power DVD 6 to view and it has the "fit to screen" feature. I thought this unit would give me the best movie screen ViewSonic N1750W since it's 16:9 and movies would run full screen nicely. Then there is the Viewsonic VP191B that would proably be ok for movies, but better for other things.
Gaming is not realy a factor in this choice. What would you do?

these two shouldnt be compare together since one is LCD TV and another is premium 19" computer monitor, they serve different market. the N1750W have AV input--Composite, component, S-video, RCA audio, TV tuner and speakers but no DVI.

the 19" VP191 actually have wider width than N1750W, ~14.9" vs 14.6". when viewing fullscreen movie, the VP191 will have black bars on top and bottom but it does have a slightly bigger picture.

So a 19" 4:3 will display a slightly lagrer 16:9 picture than a 17" 16:9 ?

Despite my addiction for widescreen, my 4:3 media and 16:9 media watching is about half/half. I don't mind black bars on the VP191b because the black level is so good.
