I don't know much about GEM, but you could almost have two of them for what you would pay for any other 19" LCD

It looks amazingly similar to the IBM monitors. Especially the way the buttons are designed.

They have pretty similar specs. The monitor has a 25ms response time though. Which is alright, but not great for gaming.

Response Time 15mS (Rising), 10mS (Falling)

When they say a rising and a falling, you have to add them together to get the true response time.

Other response times like you see with samsungs and Dells, are both added together.
