Well you have next to no options in this price range, but you can get a Logitech X-230 for anywhere from $25-50.

I'll agree with these. Klipsch are professional-quality audio and you'll get excellent sound out of these. They're a bit out of your price range, but worth the increase.

On the other hand, I've had the logitech x-230s and they work pretty well. They're not the same quality as klipsches, but they're good.
 
Yup, the Klipsch's are a good choice, the z-2300's are fine too. But anything higher than those two, and you'd be better off with bookshelves + t-amp/receiver.
