Monitor for my Mom. Her 22" Samsung is flickering like mad on power-up for about 30 seconds. She's doing web browsing, email, etc.

Any thoughts on these?

I think the Samsung is overkill.

Best Buy is right near her if there are problems for a return. Microcenter is by me about 45 minutes from her place. I'd rather give the business to Microcenter.

This one looks nice, though.

Wound up getting
Acer - 23" Widescreen Flat-Panel LCD Monitor - Black
Model: H233H bmid | SKU: 9183224
$209

Made more sense to get it near her in case there was an issue w/ a return.

Not a momentus decision - her old Samsung 22" was flickering and she'd just gotten out of the hospital so I wanted to get a new monitor in there ASAP.
