It's manufactured by Spectre.

Its a tn panel monitor. Its made with older tech. its a great monitor but its got its problems. Its got horriible viewing angles and some ghosting when things move around fast but its not a big deal. I may be getting this monitor as well but i havent made up my mind. Its either the fw900 or that,
